Why Horses?
The horses, such powerful animals, yet so sensitive, work as an energetic mirror - instinctively reading body language and revealing one's truest emotions and needs. Because they behave similar to humans in their social and responsive behavior it is easy for the child/adult to establish a connection with the horse.
These techniques are used in Horse Whisper Clinics, Horse Therapy and in EAL.
What to expect in a session:
The group work closely with one or more horses to reveal strengths, challenges, and heart's desire. No previous horse experience is necessary. All activities are non-riding and take place on the ground. We work with individuals as deeply as they want to go.
Specially designed non riding activities allow participants to deepen awareness of personal issues, core feelings and areas of bodily tension that inhibit their ability to reach their true potential. The horses and Karin teach participants how to make powerful choices based on awareness instead of habitual patterns.
Karin, like the horse, is present as a friend with special training who witnesses and assists as individuals and groups discover their strengths and find strategies to reinvent their future.

Board Certified Integrative Family Health Counselor Karin Yapalater & renowned Pediatrician Dr. Greg Yapalater are Master Horse & Child Whisperers and experts in the field of Equine Assisted Learning (EAL) and Animal-Assisted Family Therapy (AAT). Together with Socz, our horse trained in natural horsemanship, and the gentle animals on the farm we offer this incredible opportunity for healing & growth.
